More on That Later

DISCLAIMER: this post has more than one quote; enjoy!

This post is inspired by:

“Until the lion learns how to write, every story will glorify the hunter”.

Hello world! I am currently sitting, thinking of a title for this blog — and of course having difficulty, as per usual.

Have you ever heard of the saying “until you’re in someone else’s shoes,”? It’s’ a pretty common saying, but the quote above is my favorite take on it. I think that it means that you actually cannot ever be in someone’s shoes, strictly because every situation is so different. Down to the very last detail. This isn’t why I decided to post today, but it’s a good place to start I guess.

This post is actually inspired by:

“Sometimes our light goes out but is blown into flame by another human being. Each of us owes deepest thanks to those who have rekindled this light”.

Rekindling. Whether you believe in this or not, it’s a real thing. When something is lost and then found. This can span from feelings, to people, to passions as seen here. There is something very special about rekindling something that you’ve lost. The true definition is to burn again. This means that the feeling hasn’t gone away, that it cannot be forgotten about.

Human interaction is so important; crucial to a valued life. No matter where it comes from, meeting strangers when you’re out, connecting with old friends, or finding a new/old love.

This post goes out to those who have rekindled love for me, no matter who you are, it is much appreciated.
